Jenny- yeah, the diet is off until November. I can't diet during the same month that boasts Halloween! ;) I am going to eat some yogurt... that's kind of healthy...
ReplyDeleteOh girl, you are SO ready for this! I'm participating for the first time and I'm really excited. I don't have a list of planned books since I've never done this before, so I'm curious to see how far I can get!

ReplyDeleteMy kids have been reading Scary Godmother today...we love it--big graphic fans. I picked up a bunch of graphic novels for them and they seem to be more interested in them so far today then the prose books, but the day is young and they are bookworms...
And I read The Lover's Dictionary last week and fell HARD IN LOVE with David Levithan. I mean, Wow! And I can't say enough great things about The Night Circus! I'm first on my library's list for the audiorecording...as soon as I saw Jim Dale's name on it, I asked them to order it for me! I can't wait for that one.
Seriously, you have some great books here! And yes, it is FANTASTIC to have the kiddos and husband participate with me, even for just an hour or two. :)
